Speaking at the 1871 Momentum Awards and Meeting the Mayor

I was honored to be asked to speak at the VIP reception before the 1871 Momentum Awards last week. My friend Howard Tullman, the CEO of 1871, had a panel of 4 artists/entrepreneurs speak and answer questions in front of a select audience. It was great to engage in a discussion about my big breaks, what inspires me, and how I got my start. I met a lot of great people to network with. At the dinner celebration my wife and I met Mayor Rahm Emmanuel. I told him about my gallery and how I just had my five year anniversary. What a special event and night. Thanks to everyone involved.
